Update Regarding COVID

Please note, that due to COVID-19, many shipping companies are prioritizing the shipments and receiving of emergency and necessary medical equipment. This could mean that your package may be withheld with the shipping company for an extended period of time which would lead to longer wait times and delays. We hope you understand, as this is something completely out of our control.

SHIPPING

All packages are shipped with tracking information

Shipping Time Estimates:

  • USA : 8-20 business days
  • INTERNATIONAL : 15-35 business days. 

** Please note that majority of our products will arrive within a 10 day framework after the product has been processed and shipped out. Some variability may cause the shipment to take longer than usual.

** BABYCHILD is not responsible for any duties/taxes upon arrival to your location & any delays due to the shipping carrier or customs clearance. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

** Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

** For some remote international locations, it may take longer.

RETURNS

We want you to fall in love with your purchase. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return it for a refund or exchange it for store credit within 14 days. Only as long as the products are unused and all the protective covers are still in tact!  

We understand that the return shipment may take some time to arrive back at our warehouse and so we just need the returned items to be shipped out within those days (not delivered)!

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs to our centre in USA.
  • We DO NOT offer refunds on lost or stolen items. We do offer reshipments.
  • We DO NOT offer refunds on orders with tracking links that state "delivered." We do offer reshipments.
